The island of Santorini has everything necessary  to produce spectacular white wines. The marriage of the sea air and the thermal variations provided by the island’s position as well as the expertise of Argyros are the final flourishes on a true masterpiece. A magnificent palate featuring a dynamic attack with aromas of apple, candied lemon zest  and honey are wrapped with a round body, softened by the perfect amount of barrel-maturation and topped off with delicate hints of hazelnut and toasted sesame. The mineral finish is complemented by an exquisite salinity, confirming its excellence and leaving a smile on the lips.

Tasting Note

Golden –green color, complex fine aromas of roasted dried nuts, honey, butter, wood, fruits and an after-taste of quince. A good combination of fruit and barrel provides balance in the mouth and an interesting finish.

Food Pairing

Seafood and fish simply cooked, it is also complementary in many traditional tastes of Santorini such as fava, chloro cheese and tomato-balls. Serving suggestions: at 8-10°C.
