Made with 100% Muscat of Patras grapes from small vineyards in the mountains of Achaia at an altitude of 800m - 900m. Skin contact 3 -5 hours and slow alcoholic fermentation in small tanks at low temperature helps retain freshness and lively fruit flavours. Maturation on fine lies over 2 months. Bright yellow colour with vibrant green hues. Intense aroma of flowers and exotic fruits with light hints of Muscat. Refreshing acidity and good volume in the mouth with long fruity aftertaste.
