Thessaloniki is Greece's largest  northern city. The area has been producing wine for many years. Kechris Winery is one of the  most traditional family wineries of Northern Greece since 1911.

Tasting Note

A new approach to Retsina based on Assyrtiko variety, with a gentle touch of resin. The most awarded Retsina by international competitions and international wine critics. A unique wine which you cannot find a similar one all over the world. The controlled concentration of fresh pine resin, blended with vanilla and butter aromas, constitute a unique background for the fragrant Assyrtiko palette. Citrus fruits harmonically combine with rosemary, thyme, ginger and scents of Chios mastic producing an explosive and impressively tasty result that leaves a rich aftertaste.

Food Pairing

Accompanies seafood, lobster-sauce pasta, grilled or fried filleted fish, grilled vegetables, as well as meals cooked with olive oil. Best served at 10-12°C.
