PGI Crete,

The vineyards of Crete are planted  on the northern part of the island,
protected from the warm African winds by  the mountains that crisscross the island
from east to west. The unique Cretan  ecosystem provides the ideal environment
for the production of wine. The most  popular grapes are Vilana, Kotsifali,
Mandilaria, Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc, Liatico  and Chardonnay.

Tasting Note

Thalia Rosé is made with Kotsifali and Mandilaria with a shining rosé
colour, aromas of sour cherry, strawberry and rose petals. Its taste is full and
refreshing with strawberry aftertaste.

Food Pairing

: Enjoy it with pasta in light red sauces and also as an aperitif. Best
served at a temperature of 8-10° C.
