In 1994, the winemaker Konstantinos Tsolis together with agriculturalist Filippos Koukis decided to combine their experience, knowledge and passion for wine and create the Konstantinos Winery. They were joined by oenologist, Theodora Kavatha, who has taken over the daily operations and care of the winemaking. Thanks to the special character that the lands of Trifilia bring out in the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety the winery has been able to produce wines of rich flavour and great maturity. Konstantinos Winery was also the first in Greece to cultivate the Tempranillo grape and the wines that have been produced are an excellent expression of the rich, velvety character of this grape. Their white wines achieve a balance and harmony between the richness of the Chardonnay grape and the finesse of the indigenous Roditis variety.
