Slow alcoholic fermentation in small tanks at low temperature helps retain freshness and lively fruit flavours. Maturation on fine lies over 2 months. Bright yellow color with vibrant green hues. Very fresh characters of exotic and unripen yellow fruits, white flowers and basil. Light volume and vibrant acidity in the mouth. Refreshing and fruity on the palate.
