PDO Peza

The vineyards of Crete are planted on the northern part of the island,
protected from the warm African winds by the mountains that crisscross the island
from east to west. The unique Cretan ecosystem provides the ideal environment
for the production of wine. The most popular grapes are Vilana, Kotsifali,
Mandilaria, Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc, Liatico and Chardonnay.

Tasting Note

Shiny ruby colour. The discreet aromas of spices and dry fruits, typical of the Kotsifali variety, harmonically mingle with the aromas of tobacco and vanilla from the oak barriques. Balanced and rounded mouth with long-lasting aftertaste.

Food Pairing

Enjoy it with roasted, grilled or casseroled red meat and matured soft
cheese. Best served at a temperature of 18° C.
