A magnificent palate featuring a dynamic attack of citrus, lemon, minerality with a balanced mouthfeel, medium bodied with a long smooth finish. Enjoy over the next 12-14 years.
Avoid serving very cold. Ideal serving
between 12 to 14 C.
Needs decanting in order to unfold its full character. Enjoy with fatty fish, “fruit de mer”,
lobster and even dishes with meat.
